Twin A in for Surgery: What in the World is Pyloric Stenosis?

Say what? Pyloric? Stenosis? Yeah, we know. It’s amazing what kind of medical terms you become familiar with and knowledgeable of when you become a parent. Welcome to Erin’s little story!

Baby A wasn’t thriving like he should have been, nor like his brother, and Erin and Jeff were just seeing more “urping” in comparison to Baby B. And then enter full vomit for a 2 month old. (PS…this is not a common thing!)

Trusting their gut instincts, which is an amazing thing that blossoms in new parents, they took Baby A to the Emergency Room and within 7 hours, he was in surgery and 30 minutes later, he was out and well on his way to healing!

So, in this video, hear from a mom (not a doctor. please always consult your physician and pediatrician with any medical concerns you may have for yourself or your children) what she saw, what was unusual, and how she dealt with it as a mom.
